Robert Mirabal sings a song called the dance and he talks about his elders and the Native American people being kept alive by the dance. Thank you for this song these words and this melody that rings true in my soul.  I am transported by its energy so I decided to make some of my blends while listening to it.  It speaks through me and beckons the ancestors. It is my way of honoring the sacred plant medicine, wisdom and the intention for healing.  Sending the message of love and understanding the shadows of life and all of their blessings.
